Background

It has been years since the men started to roam this Earth and since the stone age till this current modern era education is playing such an essential role in each and every individual in this whole wide world. Nevertheless, it is an undeniable fact that there are still less facilities available in certain areas in our country, Malaysia.

                Tuition classes, children care centers, martial art classes, music classes and other talent based classes are not being available in Petaling Jaya area. There are only few classes available but at very expensive fees. Most children, adults and even elderly people refuse to enhance the hidden talents and bury it within theirselves. All these lead to a society without a complete and proper academic knowledge and unable to enhance talents without age limit.

The following proposal outlines the construction of an educational center to provide all the facilities needed for academic and also for extra-curricular classes for the citizens at the Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
